WebApr 10, 2024 · Download the 4GB Patch installer from Mediafire. Extract the downloaded file to any folder using a file archiver such as WinRAR or 7zip. Run the FalloutNVpatch.exe file as an administrator. Click the Browse button and locate the FalloutNV.exe file inside the Fallout NV installation folder. Click Open and then click the Apply button.
