WebApr 10, 2024 · Glad I didn’t order those kits from trailerblocks.com. I shopped around locally and was able to buy the blocks and u-bolts for $120 (both axles) today. Went with 1 inch blocks as I’m darn close to level but just wanted that extra clearance so that I can sleep soundly at night. Haha I’ll be sure to post an update once installed. WebAug 25, 2024 · For a custome size U-bolt contact Deaver Springs in Santa Ana, CA. They are famous for making the best off-road leaf springs packs available and also bend their own u-bolts. They will make them to your specs. May be a good option for you.

If you notice major axle mfg like Dexter...Rockwell American don't offer suspension blocks as a option on multi axle trailers nor do trailer mfg have a option for the blocks. That should allow you to hook a 5th wheel easier and tow more level. To get the bed rail clearance you need (6") there are adjustments that can be made on the pin box.
