WebI havebeen using the Brydge 12.3 Pro+ for over a month with my Surface Pro 5 and have the exact same issue. The trackpad is very jumpy, and cursor movement is not smooth. When I connect my Logitech M720 bluetooth mouse, the movement is much smoother. The trackpad also seems to lose connection for a half second, before cursor works again.
